Mr. Stanley Chong Hon Chung

Stanley currently serves as the Director, City Planning Department of Kota Kinabalu City Hall. He started his career as a GIS Specialist in Urban and Regional Planning, University Technology of Malaysia, Skudai, Johor (GIS Database Development for Klang Valley, a Development Division of Prime Minister Department) in 1997. He then served as the GIS Specialist in Forestry Planning and Operation, Borneo Pulp and Paper. From 2001 to 2016, he served as a town planner of City Planning Department, Kota Kinabalu City Hall that in charge of Urban Planning and Development Control Division. He then being promoted to as the Acting Director of City Planning Department, Kota Kinabalu City Hall and now officially the Director of the City Planning Department.
